So. soulja boy has this BRIIIIGHT idea that hes gonna go platinum in a week. Not too Sure how I feel about that. lol. i forget how good his album did last time but for some reason I remember it doing pretty well. Hell even if it didnt sell that much, Crank that won enough awards, got enough radio spins and enough views on youtube to make up for that garbage of an album.
Now dont get me wrong. <> funny but bad lyrics, and all his dances and whatnot keep me entertained but i still doubt the platinum in a week thing will happen. Call me a pessimist but man I'm just saying. I peeped the itunes reviews when the last album dropped and his shit hasn't really changed sooo....i dunno how people about to feel about this album even though the singles are kindaaa hot.
album gets released tomorrow. 12-16. (10days til my 18th!)
and hes projecting that it'll be platinum by 12-23.

Yeah right....I mean he's awesome but his music is too frowned upon for him to go platium in a week...and to go plat in a week requires some serious following, like lil wayne, for example, his cd was hyped up SUPER crazy b4 the album came out...we all knew the words to lollipop b4 the album even came out...how many times have u heard 'birdwalk' on the radio? yeah...thought so. kiss me thru the phone shld be a big hit once it comes out but, again, thats one song....jmho.
