so. less than 3 weeks after they dropped PMS 3: Candyland Purple Monkey Sircus has dropped some more dope music for the fans to enjoy. I mean if you're like me you still have the two tapes on loop and dang now 7 more tracks lol. its all good tho. never complaining. I just peeped a track on his tumblr of him over one of my favorite songs to date Tea Leaf Dancers. the instrumental itself is truly amazing. and he lends his vocals on the track to add to the song. doesnt over do it or take away from the track but adds the touch the track was missing.

complex is a dope ass mag for those of you who dont actively read it. i got started like 2 years ago when i saw pharrell on a cover. ooowee lol. they have had some dope ass covers. the first that comes to mind is the Cudi cover a little bit ago but this cover is SUPER Cool.. Its like a colorful VORTEX! lol. majorly amazing man. lol. oh wait. theres drake. ha. this morning when i was up at 6am just kickin it... i decided to finally unzip and listen to the Charles Hamilton Normalcy mixtape that dropped in December. Ive had this random obsession for Charles Hamilton and his music since i first heard of dude and i cant say that that has changed much. in other words, I like this project If you have even listened to a charles hamilton mixtape once you'd recognize that his style is a little more "hardcore" on this project which im trying to cope with because i loved that funn you can bee my starrrrchaserrr tonight style that was apparent on all his music back when he was droppin mixtapes weekly. But, I guess when you get dropped from your label and this is your comeback...you wanna come back harder so im guessing thats what Normalcy's purpose was.

i honestly have been counting down the days right along with PMS for the release of this project. Solid ass mixtape with dope ass music from the 1st track to the end. (yes, i've listened to the whole tape all the way through. no skips). With an unbiased opinion I can say that any and everyone will enjoy this mixtape. In case you're new to the Purple Monkey Sircus(PMS), the group consists of 2 MCs- qxrd & johnnythirdboy and producer mitch all from Cleveland Heights, Ohio. This is the second mixtape from the group a year after they released their first mixtape. Long story short, if you thought the first mixtape was dope... you'll think this one is dope-errr.
i would give you a list of my favs off the tape i honestly dont have a fav. well okay...Ive been listening to The Flight for the past 20mins "Bitch gimmie my peanuts!" lol.

As I get ready to head back to atlanta...

3 days till i leave and head back to good ol oxford,ga and go back to being a college student. break was the shit. im definitely not excited to go back at all. if i could just be done now i would but thats not reality. gotta go back..be a student..so that i can get the hell up from down there for next fall. yeah. im making moves to transfer because im not a big fan of my school. i mean the people are cool. but there are a number of reasons why i need to get up from down there..do whats right for me ya know? Cleveland has been good to me this 3.5 weeks ive been back, making it a easy decision for me to come back where i feel like i belong. alrdy in the process of making major moves for the summer soo we'll see whats in store for me.
best part of break: spending like everrryday with my ladyfrans. always a plus :)
